Principal (Consultant)

Cindy has more than 25 years of experience in executive search. She specializes in recruiting top financial leadership for Fortune 1000, and private equity backed companies. Cindy has applied her expertise to research, as well as client and candidate management. She has impressive, diverse industry knowledge. Her candidate reach and client focus have contributed to a consistent track record of closing searches quickly and successfully.

Before becoming a Consultant, Cindy worked for the boutique search firm, Centerstone, as Senior Vice President for 10 years. Prior to that, she worked for the global executive search firm, Korn Ferry International as a Managing Associate. Cindy began her career in retail with Caldor Corporation as a Merchant.

Cindy graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Business Administration and currently lives in Connecticut with her husband and two teenage sons.
