Glenn is a Partner at Ormsby Park focused on placing CFOs and other senior executives into growth-stage and middle-market technology companies. He partners with private equity and venture capital firms, founders, boards, and management to recruit exceptional leaders for innovative businesses reshaping their industries, as well as established companies navigating significant transformation and growth. He is also a certified executive coach who works with senior leaders to expand their effectiveness and impact.

Most recently, Glenn was a Senior Partner at Artico, a boutique technology executive search firm, where he led CFO and other C-suite searches. Previously, he was a leadership advisor at Egon Zehnder and a core member of the firm’s Financial Officers, Technology, and Private Equity Practice Groups. While at Egon Zehnder, Glenn helped expand the firm’s CFO work across private equity and venture-backed software and fintech companies.

Earlier in his career, Glenn was an advisor at Goldman Sachs and spent a decade in Silicon Valley as a technology entrepreneur, helping scale multiple venture-backed startups. He began his career in strategy and finance at Walt Disney Imagineering.

Glenn earned a BA in economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Atlanta and enjoys padel, pickleball, endurance sports, and interviewing accomplished leaders and other extraordinary guests on his podcast, The Art of Excellence.
