Head of Operations

Before joining Ormsby Park, Mari spent nearly a decade at The Nature Conservancy (TNC), in a variety of roles from Senior Executive Assistant to Operations Manager. Prior to TNC, she worked as an Executive Assistant at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles. Mari started her professional career training corporate leaders in business English in her native Finland.

She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology & Sociology, and in Foreign Languages from West Virginia University.

Outside of work, Mari performs with her band, explores the Bay Area’s natural beauty on foot or on a bicycle, and is an avid ice hockey fan.
