With over 20+ years of financial officer search experience, Mike has built a strong reputation for delivering top quality service to his candidates and clients through his hard work, responsiveness, and dedication. Mike has completed more than 300 executive searches, primarily focused in the life science, high technology, and consumer goods industries; his clients have spanned from the Fortune 1000 to early stage venture capital backed startups.
 
Prior to joining Ormsby Park, Mike was an Area Managing Director for Parker + Lynch, a financial officer search firm that was acquired by $23B global staffing company. During his tenure with Parker + Lynch, Mike held multiple positions of increasing responsibility in the group’s executive search practice and oversaw the growth of Parker + Lynch in the San Francisco Bay Area. At Parker + Lynch, Mike created a regional brand known for speed, quality, and client service. He has partnered with prominent Bay Area CEOs, CFOs, and their direct reports to help solve complex business problems and build successful teams. His clients appreciate his entrepreneurial spirit, his ability to execute quickly, and his dry sense of humor. Mike is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and as a result, he is a diehard Tar Heel basketball fan.
